TAKE OVER OF TIMER WARNER INC.
10:15 a.m. PST March 8, 2007

PALO ALTO, Calif., March 8 - Google Inc. has offered the purchase of Time Warner Inc. They brought forth an offer of $50 billion in cash and stocks. Richard Parsons, CEO of Time Warner Inc. said the timing is interesting due to discussions of productions and other media. The so-called take over is to be negotiated. This negotiation is something that would bring a production of both Google Inc. and Time Warner Inc. to an effective level.

Paul Kim, an industry research analyst of Tradition Ariel Securities Inc. said this is a great opportunity for Timer Warner Inc. to become more successful with Google Inc. Google Inc. has been successful in all of their past histories. The value of stock revenues would go up and those of each company would benefit in the long run.

Dr. Eric Schmidt, CEO of Google Inc. said the take over of Time Warner would be a perfect merger. New media and productions are the largest part of this take over. “We offer a good price at a good time,” said Dr. Schmidt.

I thought you got a lot of good information in there. You called Time Warner "Timer Warner" a couple of times, so make sure you double check that.
